Harry is involved in transformational processes in marketing and retail. He found his passion for human-centred approaches to problem-solving in his studies of sports science, in particular sports psychology, as well as in his activities at the largest Swiss sports retailer Ochsner Sport. In recent years, he has investigated new trends and innovations in the field of «Experience Marketing». He published his findings annually in the Experience Marketing Trend Report and held various key notes and workshops on the subject. For Trihow, he thinks in new customer solutions and inspires his environment with hybrid perspectives.

In his free time, Harry likes to be inspired by books, podcasts or lectures by innovators such as Bertrand Piccard, or seeks balance with friends on the tennis court, in the mountains or while travelling.
